See How Load Planning WorksNo person shall drive on a highway a vehicle that, including its load and contents, has a height above the surface of the highway greater than 4.15 m, but the Minister or such other person as may be authorized by him may, upon application in writing, issue a permit for that vehicle to be operated on a highway subject to the conditions, if any, mentioned in the permit and the permit shall be displayed at all times in a conspicuous position inside the vehicle.
