M.S. 169.86 subd. 5(d)(3) 

This Permit is required for new and used mobile homes. Storage sheds are allowed with this permit type. 

Maximum limits:

  • Height: 15 feet
  • Length: 110 feet
  • Width: 16 feet 
  • Weight: Legal
