Running Hours and Holiday Restrictions

Oversized loads are permitted to move only between 1/2 hour before sunrise until 1/2 hour after sunset. Oversized lads shall not be moved at any time on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day

"Oversized Load" Banner Regulations and Requirements

All oversized loads require warning signs, either "Oversize Load" or "Wide Load," on the front and rear of the vehicle/load. Size: At least 5' LONG, 14" HIGH Letters: Black, 8" high, 1 1/8" brush stroke Background: "Highway Yellow"

Flag Requirements

All overdimensional vehicles and loads shall have minimum 18" square red or bright orange flags displayed the 4 corners as well as and any protrusions or extensions of the vehicle load including any rear overhang extending more that 4'.

Warning Lights: Color and Placement

There is no mention of lighting required for the vehicle/load.
